Social Media sites without a doubt are growing. Humans needing to always express their subjective feelings leads to innovation on the social media site. Although we already have something like the Oculus, which allows individuals to experience a virtual world visually, I would suggest something more mobile than giant glasses that are the size of an old portable DVD player. Like eye lenses that function like today's Oculus. The challenge of this innovation comes from the process of making CPU's light enough for eyes to handle, but with today's sophisticated technology, like 4k, smart Tv, miniature computers, I strongly feel that it is possible. These eye lenses would allow individuals to connect to their phone through brain waves, which could allow individuals to enter a social media world virtually. The new media will progress the world of virtual reality, and it will allow people to connect easier.

ReplyDeleteWith technology advancing as fast as it is, I would not be surprised if such an invention were to come about within our lifetime. Certain companies are already working on contact-related technologies, and it is only a matter of time until the technology in glasses, headsets, etc. are transferred to contacts or small lenses.
